You deserve to have support in processing and planning, regardless to your ability to meet in-person with your doula. We offer tools and techniques that you may find helpful for processing transition, grief, emotional stress, rituals, and preparation for your reproductive, pleasure-based, or death care needs. Whether you don’t have access to doulas in your area, want your transition and care to be intimate and limit the number of people in attendance, or any other reason, our virtual services can help support, encourage and guide you along the way. Virtual care sessions include phone/video call and notes. You may choose in advance to receive a recording of each session.

Advance Care Planning includes the creation of a written document that tells what a person wants or doesn't want if that person in the future can't make their own wishes known about medical treatment. This Advance Care Planning conversation is facilitated for bodies of all shapes and sizes, welcomes all ages, and supports gender-diverse folx in preparing participants to choose a healthcare advocate; examine their values and beliefs for end-of-life care, as well as document and share their pronouns, accessibility needs, and wellness preferences or priorities. We will build around conversations of personal autonomy in decision making, writing advanced directives, and strategies to engage in this conversation with your pod.

This is an opportunity for one-on-one or small group walkthrough of filling out and completing your death plan of action for your care. This is a great course for anyone who is hoping to put their wishes in writing or begin the conversation about the logistics of death planning.
Looking for an excuse to build up your sexual-pleasure tool kit? Kink Over Coffee is an opportunity to get together one-on-one with a doula over coffee and to empower you to access your sexual pleasure. This may include pleasure-centered sex education, anatomy 101, smutty tips & tricks, communication skill-building, and more! Kink Over Coffee is only offered to clients who are 18+ years of age. If you are a minor and looking for accurate information about sex, relationships or your body, please check out Scarleteen or Bish.

Your doula will be available via video, phone, and text with any questions regarding your care experience. Together we can work on planning or documenting your wellness & pleasure needs, finding support, and creating a care plan. You and/or your pod will have the option to schedule additional meetings to talk through your experience and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. Your doula will answer questions and help to decide when it is time to transition to the next phase of your care plan. For clients, you doula may also be available for 24/7 on-call phone/video support during non-emergency health crises, labor, delivery, or death/dying.

Throughout history and across many cultures, the people who give birth have been surrounded by and cared for by others during childbirth. In your pregnancy planning sessions you will build upon skills and develop a tool kit for pre-pregnancy planning, including budgeting for a baby (or babies!), finding nutrition that works for you, accessing healthcare, and more! For those seeking support in developing a birth plan, you and your doula may discuss things like options for labor, planning for physical & emotional comfort, delivery techniques & practices, and postpartum care.

*We aim to make our services accessible to community members at all levels of income; everything we offer is available at a sliding-scale rate. Clients paying full price help support this being an option. In addition, we work in community with Pearl Collective and Death Resource Center to collectively meet the unique care needs of each client.
